1960 Catalina
Check out this 1960 Pontiac Catalina restoration. This car has been passed down from generation to generation and is in need of a little love. The steel body of the car had a little rust and some rodents had made a home of the side panels. We cut out the rust and welded in some fresh metal. With a little bondo and a new paint job this baby will look as good as new. There was also the issue of a hole in the gas tank which was caused when someone had tried to move the car with a fork lift. Oops.. Aside from the hole, the gas tank is salvageable. We will clean the gas tank and patch the hole with a steel weld. We repair gas tanks on all kinds of vehicles and offer welding services for a variety of projects.
These big old cars drive more like a boat than anything else. Unique in the fact that it has a stick shift and a convertible top this car will continue to be enjoyed for generations to come. The engine runs like a top and after a quick adjustment to the carburetor, it sprung to life. After years of sitting around this summer is going to be the time to finally get some enjoyment out of this beautiful car.
